Welcome to our new Images by Kellie Ann website and blog!  I’ve been promising a new website for over a year…it’s finally here 🙂  I still have to add photos to the “Portfolio” header, but we’re getting there.  I thought I should go ahead and launch the website so I could switch over to our new blog. You can still access our old blog by clicking on the “Old Blog” header on the “Home” page of the website.

What better way to start off our new blog, than with a newborn shoot! Yay for new beginnings 😉  Little Zoey’s newborn shoot was scheduled for a week after I was discharged from the hospital (click HERE to read about my recent health scare). I called Mom to ask her if she would be willing to reschedule (I was not supposed to be contagious at that point, but I was still taking oral antibiotics and I still had absolutely no vision in my left eye…besides, what Mom would want to expose their newborn to someone that was just released by her infectious disease physician?)  Thanks for being so flexible, Mom and Dad!  Zoey was still so tiny for a 3-week old.  She reminded us of her big sister, Emma…it seems like we just did Emma’s newborn shoot. Once Zoey fell asleep, she let us move her from prop to prop with ease. Zoey’s shoot was the perfect way for me to “return to photography”. Mom and Dad-thank you for being so patient with your post.  Here’s your sneak peek:
